Last year was full of tiny laughs, warm embraces and the kind of photographs that become part of a family's Christmas story. This year, I wanted to make it even more personal. I'm inviting you home.

We'll slow down, let the children settle in and make honest, beautifully guided portraits around a warm Christmas setting and a white piano.

Choose warm neutrals, deep festive tones and natural textures. Think linen, knits, velvet and softly structured pieces that coordinate without matching exactly.

Avoid neon shades, prominent logos and several competing patterns. The aim is to keep the photographs focused on your faces and connection.

Is the session suitable for young babies?

Because this is a short session, it is best suited to babies who are at least 6 months old and comfortable engaging for photographs.
